摘要

In this paper, we proposed a universal Metascheduler framework for telecom-scale cloud computing. The proposed framework consists of five components, including SC, SLAC, RMC, OAMBC, and IC. The flexibility of the proposed framework can be shown in two ways. The first is that each component is able to perform separately. And the second is that multiple Metaschedulers are able to work in a master-slave way for large scale applications. Experiments show the efficiency of the proposed frameworks.
