摘要

This work is focused upon power electronic motor-driven scooter and its related new EDLC (Electric Double Layer Capacitor) charger. The electric scooters are eco-friendly, high performances and more convenient. In addition, it is effective method suitable for global environmental issues and energy concerned problems. This report mainly deals with an EDLC based-electric scooter and a unique pulse super-rapid charging systems. The useful result of design procedure and prototype evaluations have been carried out and herein.
