Non-verbal communication using image moments

Verbal conversation, letter, telephonic talk, electronic media etc. are strong well known communication techniques. The research is going on to make these fool proof communication techniques, but imposters and hackers are well aware of technology and cleverly hitting our security systems. Military and detective organization is required symbolic conversation rather than verbal and written message transferring. In the military, they use symbolic message transfer through wireless communication, but in their communication system by decoding the communication message which is available to everyone. So to make above communication, secure our aim is to meet out the loopholes and resolve it. In this work the idea has been exploding practically to communicate the symbolic conversation only for mutual understanding formats. For this work we have used so many static gesture symbols to demonstrate particular message. We have used techniques to bifurcate the particular message and classify to the help of SVM gaining 77.37 to 89.75 accuracy.
