摘要

Rapid growth of new wireless devices and application increases demand of wireless radio spectrum. Static spectrum allocation is unable to fulfill users' demands which result in bottleneck condition. Cognitive radio provides efficient solution over bottleneck condition which arrived due to fixed spectrum assignment policy. Dynamic spectrum management is promising technique of cognitive radio to fulfill these demands. After sensing the vacant space in spectrum cognitive radio allocates vacant space spectrum to secondary users dynamically. By using the allocated spectrum cognitive radio devices provide high throughput and low latency communication. This is promising technique to overcome problem of scarcity. Considering user demands and spectrum characteristics service oriented multi attribute normalization model is formed. This model uses GCP and BPSO algorithm which satisfied user's demands and achieve better utilization and fairness. In this method we are considering incorporated learning concept so better utilization of spectrum is achieve with better network reward.
