With the rapid development of modern applied mathematics and computer technology, artificial intelligence is used to calculate theory and analysis method can greatly promote system analysis techniques and information analysis and calculation of water science research and development. In this paper, drawing on a variety of new theory and analysis techniques, on the basis of analyzing the complex Morlet wavelet transform characteristics of time domain and frequency domain analysis, wavelet transform is studied in the process of scale factor and shift factor the influence of frequency resolution for fashion, from the Angle of the Parseval theorem and convolution theorem is deduced respectively on the quick and practical calculation method of the orthogonal wavelet transform coefficient, provides the complex Morlet wavelet cycle recognition algorithm.
