Task Scheduling is one of the major challenges in any system, whether, parallel system, distributed system, cloud computing, where we execute more than one task at a time. In a distributed system one of issue is task scheduling, based on trusting the accuracy of the information about the resource availability. In a commercial multi-cloud environment, usually any individual providers are focused towards increasing their own profits and rarely care about the utility of users and other providers. In such situations, we cannot trust the information presented by the providers. For such scheduling on the set of resources, we propose a new truthful mechanism. We implement the new hybrid PSO-ACO algorithm to achieve two main objectives minimizing cost and time.
