摘要

The implementation of various voltage balancing control schemes, including finite-state model-predictive control, for a three-level flying-capacitor topology is analyzed. This configuration is especially useful for power amplifier applications. Different control methods (SISO PI control, MIMO LQ optimal control and MPC) are compared by means of simulations, and, for verification, an experimental setup with DSP has been realized on which the methods can be implemented and tested.
