摘要

In this paper we have approached the competitive intelligence within a management perspective. We have studied the case of a public Algerian company “Mobilis”, in order to highlight its assets and constraints to the implementation of competitive intelligence's practices. Actually, our national companies performing in both the public and the private sectors must regenerate their strategic management. Thus, requires, in the era of the information based business, a permanent appropriation and exploitation of pertinent information with a view to create competitive advantages. However, that cannot be reached without setting and exploiting a coherent process, affecting the competitiveness of the whole company, which we qualify as the competitive intelligence.
