摘要

Knowledge management plays important role for personalized service in enterprise. However, the incompleteness of knowledge has degraded knowledge collaboration in the context of enterprise. This paper has addressed issues of knowledge acquisition for servicing user with needed information and product through agent technology and fuzzy ontology. Seller agent and buyer agent are constructed in this paper, which solves knowledge acquisition and utilization. In the end, the framework of knowledge management has been implemented to cut out knowledge application, and validation of the framework was verified by related empirical data.
