摘要

Future public infrastructure systems should realize optimal resource allocation by cooperation between a large variety of stakeholders in a city. Also in the field of manufacturing, a resource supply and demand planning technique is required for efficient resource allocation to decrease total cost of production. As a conventional technique, Factory Energy Management System (FEMS) have been reported [1], but they do not cover the demand adjustment based on resource allocation by cooperation of stakeholders.
