At present,combined pollution in soil-plant systems is occurring more frequently.Researches on the combined pollution of Lead (Pb) and benzo(a)pyrene (Bap) is of great concerning.This study focused on the combined ecological effects of lead and benzo(a)pyrene on their fates in soil-plant systems.Through greenhouse pots experiments,study in distribution law of combined pollution of Lead and Benzo[a]pyrene in soil-corn system.The results showed that,the accumulation of Pb in corn was found to correlate significantly with the sum of extractable content of Pb in soils.This process was not influenced by the presence of Bap in soil.Corn could reduce the weak acid extractable proportion and reducable proportion of Pb in soil,while increasing the oxidizable proportion of Pb in soils.The rhizosphere of corn had good function of removeing Bap in soils.The reduced Bap accounted for 14% of total Bap in soils by corn.Bap could hardly be transfer to shoot of plants from root.The adherence of Bap to root of corn was found to be related with Pb in soil.
