OPTIMAL RECYCLE AND REUSE OF WASTE CRT GLASS

With the rapid development of new technology,CRT has been replaced by LED gradually.The electron gun and cathode ray tube of wasted CRT glass have PbO.PbO is one of hazardous for environment.The faceplate does not have PbO.The faceplate by cleaning has been used in hollow glass block and glass ware.The glass of electron gun and cathode ray tube of wasted CRT cannot make the food packing,but can be used in lighting glass and artistic glassware.In fact,key of recycle and reuse is cleaning,glass coating is harmful to batch melting and color of glass products.The acid cleaning was used in the glass of electron gun and cathode ray tube,the brine cleaning was used in the faceplate,washing liquid was filtered,and was reused,the filtered substances were used in the ceramic paint,or recover useful materials.The optimal recycle and reuse of waste CRT were studied in this paper.
