Based on the electroless plating technology without palladium of nickel alloys,nano-TiO2 was added to carry out the electroless composite plating.What was the purpose for that was to make the nickel alloys low-frequency shielding.In terms of their morphology,structure and chemical composition,the composite coatings Ni-Fe-Pano-TiO2 on PET fabrics were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).Which dispersant was going to be beneficial for the formation of the composite coatings was discussed in this paper and finally we selected sodium hexametaphosphate as the best one.Detailed studies on the concentration of sodium hexametaphosphate and TiO2 were also carried out for the effect on the morphology and chemical composition of the composite coatings.Furthermore,taking inhibition zone as the measure,the composite coatings with Ni-Fe-Pano-TiO2 on PET fabrics were tested towards Staphylococcus aureus,which is a delegate of gram-negative.
