According to the present situation that the eccentric block’s quality is difficult to be confirmed by adapting resonance method in blade fatigue test that is excited by motor driving eccentric block,this paper starts from basic formula in vibration mechanics and then derives the concrete calculation formula for eccentric block.Specific to the status that the systematic damping ratio,the blade normalized shape curve within excitation system,and the flapwise stiffness EI of each blades’ cross sections are not easy to be obtained,a method which adopts a simple test basing on the fatigue test-bed is proposed.Meanwhile,it also provides the calculation formula for flapwise stiffness of cross sections..In addition the feasibility of fatigue design method is verified through the experimenting of this design case.
