K-Ka band schottky diode limiter

摘要

A k-ka band passive limiter with schottky diode is presented. Test results show that this limiter can works in 18–40 GHz, and have characters of being low insertion loss, low SWR, good at amplitude limiting. It can keep the output power below 18 dBm with a maximal power input of 24 dBm CW.
