Computer-Aided design of cleanrooms for navigation complex electronic elements manufacturing

The problems of navigation complex electronic elements manufacturing is considered. It is determined that the main approach of it's quality improvement is cleanrooms use. It is shown that the shortest way of their use is CAD.
