摘要

Abstract-The demand of accuracy and flexibility for the smart grid self-healing control increases; Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is an effective computational method that can be applied to distribution network fault sections location; by building an appropriate optimized analytical model, this paper puts forward a method of distribution network fault location based on improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm with gene translocation, and MATLAB-based numerical examples demonstrate the accuracy, rapidity and flexibility of the proposed method.
