摘要

In this paper, an implementation of adaptive equalizer in TETRA digital trunked system is proposed. The adaptive equalizer is based on LMS algorithm. The imple-mentation not only improves the system performance of TETRA, but also needs no extra data overheads. It is veri-fied by simulation that the implementation exhibits good performances on the bad urban channel model defined in TETRA and decreases the bit error rate (BER) by over 10%.
