摘要

The physical model of dry type transformer was established by the professional mechanical designing program SOLIDWORKS, and the calculation of iron core and windings' temperature rises were based on heat conduction theory. The physical model that had been established in SOLIDWORKS was imported into COMSOL to conduct the simulation of temperature field analysis. In comparison with the experimental data that was given by the TBEA TIANJIN TRANSFORMERS CO., LTD, we testified the hypothesis that the fluid-solid coupling model which is considering the existence of air flow can more precisely show the distribution of the temperature field of dry-type transformer. We can gain the hotter spot of the dry-type transformer in accordance with the simulation diagram of dry-type transformers temperature distribution. Therefore, it provided a strong support for the installation site of sensor at online monitoring and optimal design of dry type transformer.
