With the overall opening of retail market in China, overseas large-scale supermarkets are encroaching our domestic retail market. The key points of whether the supermarkets in our country can succeed are as follows: How to adjust measures to adapt local conditions, how to orientate reasonably and how to choose appropriate competitive strategy. This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment of China's supermarkets. Based on the objective analysis of the internal advantages and disadvantages, the external opportunities and threats that our supermarkets are confronted with, this paper puts forward four kinds of business strategy for the supermarkets in China.
