摘要

In this paper, we established physical and simulation models for a high speed on-off valve with the software AMESim, and completed an animation of the valve working process. Based on the model, we simulated the valve in different duty cycles and analysed the relationship between the PWM signal, the displacement of the spool and the fluid pressure of the pipeline, thus we can observe and analyze the movement and function of high speed on-off valve more vividly.
