The network human resources platform has become an indispensable part of modern human resource management over the past few years and shows tremendous promise of growth even in the future. At the same time, more and more academics have spent much time and effort debating topics of this field. However, as to network human resources industry with typical two-sided market characteristics, many problems cannot be tackled based upon traditional economic theory. With the two sided market theory, this article will develop a pricing and profit maximization model for monopoly platform by analyzing the morphology and characteristics of China's network human resources platform, examine the influencing factors for business strategies and industry access etc, and provide advices for enterprises ' competition strategies making.
