摘要

Because of the randomness of wind turbine power generation the scene method is been used in getting precise mathematical model. The models of wind turbine in different typical scenarios and the approach in the flow calculation are analyzed. Then the wind turbine access point has been considered as the node in voltage static characteristics in the reactive power flow calculation. A mathematical model in the 10.5kV distribution network will be established. Its objective function is active power loss of the system which should be the least. The node voltages beyond limited and the generator reactive power output beyond limited will be expressed in the way of penalty function. Particle swarm algorithm has been used in this paper. Because of the particle swarm characteristics of high convergence efficiency, the speed of solving reactive power optimization problems has been increased. The results show that the algorithm is effective and practical.
