摘要

In this paper, a programmable band-pass filter for portable biopotential acquisition system is presented. To achieve low power consumption and small die area, a novel pseudo-resistor based on OTAs is used. Compared with other pseudo-resistors, this novel pseudo-resistor not only cost small die area but also is much more insensitive to PVT variations. The low cut-off frequency and high cut-off frequency range from 0.27Hz to 10Hz and from 200Hz to 1kHz, which is good enough to deal with ECG and EEG signals. The filter is implemented in TSMC 0.13um technology and operates at 1.2V supply, and it consumes only 140nA current. Therefore, it is quite suitable to be applied in portable biopotential acquisition system.
