The applied research of process innovation management in manufacturing enterprises

The paper analyses the urgency and necessary of the present enterprise's process innovation on the view of process innovation.then,clearing the basis demands and tools of various stages of process innovation,using the enterprise's process innovation as the main research object.Last,the paper gives an example of improving the enterprise's process and analyses the impact of process innovation to the entire process.
