本文选取了不同的预腐蚀条件下飞机典型金属材料LD2CS和15CrMnMoVA两种材料,进行腐蚀疲劳试验,采用成组法和升降法,测定了其S-N曲线,通过断口金相观测,对其失效机理进行了分析.结果表明:不同的预腐蚀程度对腐蚀疲劳性能有显著影响,15CrMnMoVA相比LD2CS其疲劳寿命对腐蚀的影响更敏感.%In this paper,two kinds of typical metallic materials of LD2 and 15CrMnMoVA were used to conduct crossion fatigue test under different pre-corrosion conditions.Group methed and up-and-down methed were adopted to determin S-N curves.Failure mechanism was analyzed through the fracture metallographic observation.The result showed that the different pre-corrosion conditions had significant impact on the corrosion-fatigue property.From experimental analysis,it is shown that the corrosion has more signigicant influence on fatigue properties of 15CrMnMoVA than those of LD2CS.
