Raynaud's syndrome (RS) has a debilitating condition of recurrent vasospasm of the fingers and usually occurs in response to low temperature.The Laser Doppler Flowmetry Imager (IDFI) technology has been successfully applied to various peripheral blood circulation,especially to microcirculation related diseases in the past decades due to its noninvasive characteristics.Thus,this study will use IDFI technique to measure the hand vascular blood perfusion of palm fingers for identifying RS white finger phenomenon under low temperature environment.%礦坑工人在寒冬長期低溫環境中使用手控器具之後便有血管痙攣(vascular spasm)相關之刺痛、麻木、手指變白等等之癥狀,也就是之後所稱的白指症(vibration-induced white finger,VWF).眾多相關之白指症中因為低溫環境及使用振動工具兩種機制而致病者,稱為雷勞癥狀(Raynaud's Syndrome).本研究將以雷射都卜勒微流成像儀(Laser Doppler Flowmetry)量測手部末梢血液灌流現象與低溫變因之關係,以探討雷勞症之低溫損傷之機制.本研究在舒適(23℃)之環境下,以雷射都卜勒微流儀掃瞄並記錄手掌指尖資料,以建立基準血液灌流數據,然後分別對受測者之手掌往回低溫刺激變因,並增強變因之刺激,以觀察手掌局部末梢血液灌流所產生之變異趨勢,建立可供評估此項反應之參數,並期望能在診療及監控病人的致病機轉上提供實質性的建議.
