The traditional manual method of meeting attendance brings out many disadvantages such as belated information, incorrect attendance data, inefficiency of the operation. As Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology can identify object automatically, using RFID technology reader device can access electronic tag in which conventioneer information was stored, and get conventioneer attendance information to achieve data management. Aiming at the demand of the meeting attendance management, this paper describes the design and implement of the system based on RFID from following several aspects: selection of electronic tags and readers; design of hardware devices connection and communication; design of software etc. The implementation results show that the system accomplished operation conveniently and running reliably. It can not only improve efficiency of meeting attendance, but also promote the management level.
