Magnetoresistive (MR) and magnetooptical properties (Kerr effect — MOKE) were investigated for nanoscale film systems on the basis of Fe and Co using different substrates (Si/SiO2, MgO), annealing temperatures (300, 500, 800°С) and layer thickness. It was found that during epitaxial film growth with MgO as a substrate there is significant magnetic anisotropy that causes the increase of coercitivity in two times (for MgO/Fe(30 nm)/Co(30 nm)) and significant MR variation for different sample''s turn angle.
