A highly resilient and power saving cut-through-routing node based on multi-standby state power saving transponders

We propose a power management scheme in cut-through-routing node, based on dynamic standby state control of transponders. We demonstrate the simultaneous feasibility of fast transponder recovery and of 59 % power consumption reduction.
