The paper summarizes the manufacture process of jewelry artwork from idea to product, which mainly includes a few aspects: design concept inspiration catchimg and creative expression skills, different design material choosing and the process implementation, artwork manufacturing method and effect of different materials. Based on own experiment jewelry concept works as an example, it discusses technical problems and solutions during design concepts expressed and the handmade process. In the procedures of example work handmade involves, many basic jewelry crafts such as "saws, file, knock, welding, annealing and pickling metal electroplating, etc. are introduced". In the process of trying to combine the metal materials and color plastic materials, research handmade method how to express artwork connotation and the final effects and strive to make works a very good expression of designer's emotion, meanwhile embodies its exterior forms of fashionable feeling and artistic conception.
