The Research of One Piece Flow in Production of Garment Enterprises

Based on the analysis of one piece flow delivery in the lean production in garment enterprises, this article introduces the concept and origin of one piece flow and advantages and disadvantages of onepiece flow implemented on the garment enterprise. Hardware and software requirements in the implementation are analyzed, and specifically the article discussed the appropriate business type and product type of using one-piece flow deli very, which aims to guide the actual production for the garment enterprise.
