Information Management Innovation of Chinese Iron and Steel Enterprises

摘要

This paper studies information management innovation of iron and steel enterprises. The purpose of this study is to improve the international competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises. The research method is systems theory approach and information theory methods. This paper analyzes contents and means of information management innovation. This paper proposes measures for the existing problems of iron and steel enterprise. Conclusion is that good system planning, financial support, training information talents are helpful to enhance information management innovation of iron and steel enterprise.
