摘要

The crystallization behavior of the blends studied by wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) reveals that an γ→ α crystal transformation occurs upon addition of acrylate rubber (ACM)into the nylon 6. Furthermore, the crystallinity and crystal size decrease with addition of ACM into the nylon 6, Morphology of nylon 6 and nylon 6/ACM blends were observed by Polarizing microscope (PLM). It was found that crystal size of nylon 6/ACM gradually becomes small and morphology of nylon6/ACM is gradually not perfect crystals while the content of ACM increases in the blends.
