摘要

Reinforced cast aluminum bronze by modified nano-SiC powders have been designed and prepared in this paper. The feasible and low cost of process was carried out to propare reinforced cast aluminum bronze,which had good mechanical performance and use characteristics for future industory manufacturing.The microstructure sand property of mechenical were studied; the theory of strengthening and corrision resistance were discussed. The results show that the casting structures and fractograph of the samples are obviously refined, and the β phase is comparatively reduced, while the strength and toughness are increased by 14% and 51% respectively, and the ductile fractures are obtained.
