摘要

AAM template was employed to fabricate cubic In2O3 nanowires from solutions containing NH2CH2CH2NH2 and InCl3·4H2O. The composition, morphology and grain diameter of In2O3 nanowires were characterized by means of XRD, SEM and TEM. The experiment results show that In2O3 nanowires with diameters ranging from 80 to 100 nm and their grain diameters ranging from 4 to 10 nm were synthesized. The gas sensing property of the sensor fabricated by pre-prepared In2O3 nanowires was investigated. It shows the In2O3 nanowires sensor has high selectivity to NO2 with optimal working temperature 360 ℃.
