Compressed sensing theory is a newly developed theory which unites the signal sampling and compression, based on the sparsity characteristic of signal. The union can reduce sampling rate, and then reduce computational complexity of the system without the loss of the performance of the system. The paper describes the theoretical frame and some key technical, and then illustrates the application of compressed sensing theory to radar signal processing.
