Middle grade non-oriented electrical steel was developed in CSP process. Effect of annealing process on microstructure and properties of electrical steel has been investigated. Microstructure and separation have been analyzed. The results of analysis show that effect of annealing parameters on microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of electrical steel is obvious; In order to achieve perfect magnetic properties and punching properties, electrical steel with different Si content should have respective annealing technology; By optimizing components and production process,middle grade non-oriented electrical steel achieves iron loss P1.5 less than 3.7 W/kg and magnetic induction B50 more than 1.67 T.
