The principle and error analysis of equal precision for frequency which is different from the common method measuring frequency is introduced, the method not only overcome the shortcoming of subsection measuring in the common method,but also hold up high precision and has equal maximal error in the whole measuring range. As the chip of FPGA is used in the measuring process, the system has advantages such as high integration,high reliability.
