Appraisal Model on Industrial Transformation Risk for Resource-Dependent Cities

The industrial transformation risk is objectively existent in the industrial transformation process of resource-dependent cities. It directly affects industrial transformation success or failure for resource-dependent cities.How to appraise the height or low of industrial transformation risk, it is very important for resource-dependent cities to carry on industrial transformation effectively.Based on the analysis of the industrial transformation risk factor, fuzzy appraisal model is put forward, quantity appraisal of industrial transformation risk is carried on from strategic risk, policy law risk, industrial risk, market risk and human resources risk. Appraisal result will provide scientific decision-making on industrial transformation for resource-dependent cities.
