摘要

Teachers are the most important resources of the all in universities. The aim of the university human capital investment is to promote the coupling of university's strategic goals and faculty development goals. The basic path is improving the university's pure human capital stock and organizational capital stock by sustained investment in human capital, integrating the enhancement of teachers' capability, work motivation, participation opportunities and career planning with the strategic integration and innovation of organizational elements which can markedly increase the university human capital, accumulate and concentrate it in strategic areas to promote universities and faculty's development jointly.
