The Study on the Competitive Intelligence in Cross-board MA Practice of Chinese Enterprises

摘要

This paper focuses on the information demand of Chinese enterprises conducting cross-border mergers and acquisitions. It analyses the practices of cross-border mergers acquisitions by Chinese enterprises and demonstrates how Competitive Intelligence works as a guarantee for cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Some constructive conclusions are drawn in the end of the paper.
