A cooperative problem-solving process in hierarchical organization

In this paper, we present a model for a cooperativernproblem solving process. The model consists of four distinctrnphases: Recognition, Skills' Search, Agents' Choice andrnExecution. These different behavior-driven phases of ourrnmodel describe the circumstances under which agents willrnidentify the need for cooperation, and how these agents willrnbehave when such situations arise.
