An Improved Image Watermarking Scheme Based on Multiresolution Wavelet Transform

Watermarking is a new technique to protect intellectual properties. In this paper, human visual systems (HVS) and multiresolution discrete wavelet transform are both utilized to find the best tradeoff between the robustness and imperceptibility. A meaningful logo is used as a watermark to prove identification. From the experimental results, the conclusion that the proposed scheme has better performance is gained compared with previous works
