Development of Special Mortar on Wire Rope-Polymer Mortar External Layer

摘要

Wire rope-polymer mortar external layer strengthening method is a novel concrete structure reinforced method,which used high permeable polymer mortar with high strength, high ductility, high impermeability, high binding strength and high crack resistance. In order to developing this mortar, many tests were done, included primary materials election, primary materials match, different curing systems, compressive strength test, bending strength, binding strength, rate of shrinkage,and so on. The mixture ratio and properties of mortar were determined on the basis of analysis test data.
