A 300 MW FOSSIL POWER PLANT PART-TASK SIMULATOR

摘要

A fossil power plant part-task simulator for operatorsrntraining was developed. This simulator has five differentrntasks directly related with specific systems of the powerrnplant, which are: electric network, auxiliary services, boilerrnpressurization, turbogenerator and power increasingrnoperation. The Simulator’s main objective is to provide tornpower plants operators with a simulator in their ownrnfacilities so they can practice normal operation tasks orrnoperation with malfunctions any time. The part-taskrnapproach of this simulator will allow to the traineesrnfocusing in specific assignments with no necessity to attendrnother processes which have not been considered in its scope.rnThe part-task simulator’s console has a modern graphicalrnuser interface; the operation of the simulated system isrnbased on interactive processes diagrams. The simulationrnconsole functions are similar to the respective ones in thernfull-scope simulators, so the trainee has a wide variety ofrnoptions in his training session.rnIn the next months the part-task simulator will undergo itsrnfinal phase of acceptance tests by the Ixtapantongo NationalrnTraining Center for Operators, after this phase, thernsimulator will be transported and installed in power plantsrnas a part of the training programs for operators of thernMexican Federal Commission of Electricity.
