Recently, we proposed the P-Pruning DDM algorithm andrncompared its performance with three other DDM methods inrna standalone distributed simulation environment. This researchrnwork focuses on comparison of performance of differentrnDDM algorithms in actual distributed simulation environment.rnIn this paper, we present the integration of the PPruningrnalgorithm with a HLA implementation called FDK.rnFDK was developed at the Georgia Institute of Technology.rnIt has been widely used by researchers in academia, industry,rnand government laboratories as an effective softwarernpackage for evaluating their research contributions to distributedrnsimulation technology. We also describe the enhancementsrnmade to FDK from its existing HLA 1.3 specificationrnto the IEEE 1516 standard for DDMrnimplementation.
