The mechanism of premixing process for Alum-Rosin size system at neutral-alkaline papermaking systemrnwas investigated focused on the mixture solution charge and particle size distribution. The effect of thernmixture concentration, temperature and ratio of alum to rosin on the Rosin-Alum size efficiency wasrnstudied well theoretically.
