摘要

Maghemite (γ-Fe_2O_3) nanoparticles were added in DMEM (Dulbecco's modified essential medium) solution as microwave absorbers to provide both uniform and rapid microwave tempering for tissues and organs. The morphology of γ-Fe_2O_3 nanoparticles was observed by TEM. An infrared camera was used to measure the surface temperature distribution of samples tempered by microwave radiation. The results showed that the addition of γ-Fe_2O_3 nanoparticles did improve the microwave tempering process and the sample with 7.5mmol γ-Fe_2O_3 nanoparticles was tempered uniformly at 80W under 2.45GHz.
