Recently as demands for the high speedrnbroadband wireless internet and home networking increasernusing Wireless LAN technology at 2.4/5.3GHz, it isrnimportant that especially indoor radio propagation analysis.rnResults from propagation characteristic experiments,rnconducted in a real indoor environment at 2.4/5.3GHz, arernpresented. We describe a simple statistical model forrnevaluating the path loss. It consists of detailedrncharacterization of path loss model and delay spread ofrnindoor Wireless LAN signal having a nominal centerrnfrequency of 2.4/5.3GHz. For analyzing between thernperformance of the Wireless LAN and indoor radio channelrncharacterization, we investigate the throughputrncharacteristics using Wireless LAN experiment systemrn(IEEE802.11 a/b) at 2.4/5.3GHz.
